KYLE GRUBER

Kyle is originally from Jamestown NY, (60 miles south of Buffalo) but moved to Florida in 2006. Kyle lived in Tampa for ten years before moving to Clearwater, Florida with his wife and business partner Laura. With Kyle having lived both in Pinellas, and Hillsborough counties he is extremely familiar with all neighborhoods throughout Tampa Bay. Kyle is a huge animal lover and has 2 dogs and 3 cats. In his spare time Kyle enjoys going to the beautiful beaches that Florida has to offer, or boating with friends and family and being on the water. Kyle is also a huge baseball fan and enjoys seeing the many MLB spring training games hosted in Florida throughout the month of March. He loves being able to meet people, and help them find their dream homes, or sell their homes quickly. Kyle not only loves being a realtor because he is able to help so many people, and because of how rewarding it is, but he has also managed to gain some life-long friends that were previous clients.
