IAN DERAN

Ian is a Broker Associate with the Agile Group boasting over a half decade of real estate transaction experience in Southwest Florida. Originally from Ohio, he obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration specializing in Finance from The Ohio State University in 2016. He then moved to Tampa Florida, where he has called home ever since. Ian is very passionate about anything real estate and has a vast variety of experiences in commercial, investment, new construction, and residential sales.

When dealing with clients, his caring personal touch mixed with entrepreneurial spirit to help provide the best comprehensive service. In his free time, you may find Ian at a cars and coffee, watching sports, getting involved in giving back to the community, and spending time outdoors. He believes that clear communication helps to build strong relationships and looks forward to working in and giving back to the community he loves for many years to come.
